Sorry to bother you again. As I said in my previous post, it does do what you said BUT if some of the buttons on the calling form are disabled at the time of the call to the child form, they are incorrectly enabled on return to the calling form.

I will look at your other code snippet to see if there is a better way to save the 'state' of the buttons before the call.

Must to bed now....it's very late...1:42am in the morning.
