I have used Rick's product for several years. I see what he suggested similar to what I have been used to. While thinking more about it, that seemed to me more secure in regards to the design I have presently and what I need to support. I am presently fine tuning some things here and there. But, the first application has been completed last night and it works ok without any problem now.
