If I understood you correctly and you are not interested in doing this programatically, then you can achieve this by open the Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management

From the Menu "Action" Connect to the server

Then from the TreeView go to System Tools -> Shared Folders -> Open Files and you will need to find your executable there along with the current users
