May I suggest (if you haven't already) that you get Refox or Konxise and routinely compress/encrypt your distributed product? We have an executable that compiles to over 3Mb but compresses to around 700K, so even with 50K extra you could expect your app to halve in size. It would also be much harder to decrypt and steal your excellent work. Well worth a few hundred $ which is much less than most businesses spend on other sorts of insurance.
