I am supporting an access application that occassionally users receive an error message "too many active users" I believe it is error message 3239. I have not had much luck in finding the root of this errror, or more importnantly how to fix this issue. Currently we have to get all users in the affected work group to log off the software and then log back in. Has anyone had any similar issues and what have you done to correct the issue.
