we did programm a litle routine tha will geocode all adress data that we have using mappiont in the background.

later if we like to import data into mappoint ists mzutch faster whn you have the coordinats alredy for the adress.

the geocoded data can be imported into autoroute as well (cheaper)

be aware that the microsoft licenec for mappoint is per mashine.

but if the data has the geocode you do not need mappoint anymore if you use the easy distance calculation methode.if you want real driving calculation
the 250 for mappoint is quite cheap
