It's set up unlike any databse program I have seen in the past. Basically everytime a new job is created a new mda file is created. The front end is some custom "C" created which opens access(2002). All the users have winterms which log into a citrix client.

Generally we have problems when users leave the program running when they are no longer using it, or if they improperly close their citrix session (click the "x" instead of logging off) and have "hanging" citrix sessions.
