I wanted to post a link to a picture in my message.
I couldn't paste the pic in my message owing to bandwidth.
The pic is an attachment in an email message to me, thus it's not on a website for which I could post the URL.
Hence I wanted to know how to do it.
I noticed that YOU had posted up a link to the pic of your beautiful wife.
It wasn't obviously on a website as there was no other content on the page.
I asked how YOU did that (I assumed it was on a page of your website or some such)

BTW you do look quite different from your panel pic.
