Refactor! is made by DevExpress the same folks that make CodeRush and the full version of Refactor! works with C#.

The problem with the C# refactoring is that it looks at everything always and it's not smart enough to detect that you are doing a local refactor and it looks at the whole project or even solution. That bites big time.

Refactor! makes local renaming (in the same class or local methods) instant.

Worth it just for that alone. There are a bunch of other cool things that the C# refactoring doesn't do...
