What is the price of gasoline on Saturn?

You know very well that cars on Saturn require a small fusion engine, or a scoop to collect hydrogen for their dual fuel motors.

Also, when he says turning "left" does he mean in relation to the planet or the rings? If he means the planet, we'd need the approximate initial direction to know whether he is turning against the prevailing wind, which is fearfully strong near the surface. If he is referring to the rings, we'd need to know whether he is going clockwise or counter-clockwise- which then begs the question of which pole is "up". I think the initial question is far too vague, which is possibly why he hasn't received a definite answer yet.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
"
-- Shakespeare: Coriolanus, Act 1, scene 1
