All commands are same no metter if you use them in Multyuser env. or not. Just you must keep in mind that some files can be opened somewhere on network. You can't close all databases/tables (I mean for all users) you only can close all databases and/or tables opened from current user. So you must put additional check when you open tables if somebody already opened that table for exxclusive use or locked that table or record from table. For more info check:
