I am running VFP9 SP1 and VFP7 with a laptop that has 2G RAM -- no problems. The size of the RAM should not affect the program under WinXP (or Win2K). The 2G limit has to do AFAIK with the word size that is able to be addressed. Under 16bit windows is was much less; under 32bit it is ~2G; 64bits increases it.
