The following is used to avoid page margins when defining an HTML page:

leftMargin=0 topMargin=0

However, for non IE browser, we usually use:

marginwidth=0 marginheight=0

But, this is not supported in the Visual Studio designer. When trying to put that in the Body tag, we obtain validation attribute errors. Any suggestion on how to resolve this issue?
