How to Lose Customers and Irritate People <g>
On the other had things happen. A few months ago a major movie cinema chain here in SA launched a new website. I emailed the web master about varous complaints I had. Apparenly so did hundreds of other people. Last week the marketing person decided to reply to all the people who had emailled in to inform them of the changes made in response to the complaints. However, she put everyone on the cc list :) And now everyone is replying to the "Reply All" group and voila! we have instant closed user group spam :) Lovely marketing campaign, good for public relations ...
