When you write "filter it on the grid", do you mean "show on the grid"?
To show on a form, you can use an Image control. I am not sure if this works within a Grid, but what I usually do is show only part of the information on a Grid; when the user selects a record, other controls outside the Grid show more details, for example, large memo texts in an EditBox, or a picture in an Image control.
