I am not finding any option to do differential backups in the maintenance wizard. Using that allows for different filenames for each backup (i.e. the date). I have several very large databases that I would like to do this way. Any suggestions??

Also, why is it not a good idea to do set shrinking of database in maintenance when the db has large number of transactions??
