Typing is easy, you can intercept all keystrokes on a form level (in the keypress event, make sure keypreview is set to true) and log them to a keylogger table. Mouse clicks are trickier, unless you hook into the click event of all your controls (mousedown/mouseup don't indicate a click has actually taken place.)

I'm curious, is this for an audit trail of some kind?
