I mean that our error is not always reproducible and it seems to vary. I checked the log file and I see two kinds of records there:

Biz Object Ub92_biz1 Save method failed (Error in PostSaveHook Invalid key length.) for SWILL001 at 09/11/2006 09:31:39 AM

Biz Object Ub92_biz1 Save method failed (Error in PostSaveHook Syntax error.) for ASABI001 at 09/11/2006 11:34:10 AM

The users are getting a different yet error, which seems to be hapenning in a different method:
Error: 109, Message: Record is in use by another user.
