The Intellisense is enabled by default. How do you know that it doesn't work?
A few things to check:

Go to Tools -> Options -> File Locations -> FoxCode Table-> Modify and make sure that correct table name shows in the textbox. Save settings by clicking on Set as default.

Make sure that you're not overriding _VFP.EditorOptions property

Go to IntelliSense Manager -> Advanced tab -> click Cleanup button -> click Restore Foxcode button
