I downloaded your project, and it compiled okay in XP SP2 Tablet PC edition, VFP9 SP1.
The only problem I had was, I had to locate the _menu.vcx ffc class once, then the project was okay.

So perhaps you fixed the preprocessor statement already, or the preprocessor error is related to something else.
