if you have to convert many structures you might have a look @ the "C Struct converter" @ www.vfp2c.com.
But you'll need the original C structure's code, since the converter can only translate C structs to VFP classes.

For smaller tasks the converter and the resulting dependency on the vfp2c32.fll might be overkill, but in this particular situation I think it's worths using it.
