How to return to last menu selection

In other words, the user selects Department, Documents, Pre Sale Documents, Selected document (from the menu selections). After that document prints (There is additional input required), I would like the menu to stay on that last selection instead of the user having to start all over again.

If the menu is simple (or not), and you can determine the position in the popup menu, then you can use the KEYBOARD command to re-navigate to the last position. Here is a example of this. It reposition to the "Comment" bar of the "Format" pad.
KEYBOARD "{ALT+O}"+REPLICATE("{DnArrow}",8) PLAIN CLEAR
