In VFP, the

SKIP FOR lMyVar

command in menu item - wherein anytime I want to enable or disable menu item - works flawless. How can I do it in C#.Net because while the focus is in child form, it can not access any controls in the parent form? What I am also trying to do is that whenever all child forms are closed, the menu item

Close Form

should be disabled and will be enabled again once a child form is activated.
