I have a winForm program called Program A. When a user wants to save the new file of this program, he/she has to press Alt + F + S.

Program A unable to communicate with other programs. How can I use my .Net application to ask Program A to save the new file? I have an idea to do this in theory. First, set the windows focus on Program A. Then send Alt + F + S keyboard input to this program. How to do this in .Net programming?
