>>Hi Naomi

>>>My son, who is 7 years old, started to like reading. Yesterday evening he surprised me a little bit by finishing "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz" in 2 evenings (about 1h.+ reading).

>>It is a great feeling, and esp. knowing that he likes reading. My son too is 7 years old and currently he is reading Enid Blyton's Secert Seven books, next in line is Famous Five series from the same writer.

>>Enid Blyton books are great (These two above series are from my collection *g* I read them and saved them)

I enjoyed a lot of Enyd Blyton's books when I was a child. Many of her books are detective stories - usually a group of children solving some crime.
