The report files (frx and frt) are included in the exe file. So, even if you modify the report, the report inside the exe (without any modifications) will be run. Anyway, it should not give you this error. Look in the report, maybe it's a UDF called from your report which calls a command not supported in runtime. You can also look directly inside the report memo file.
