I went through the threads and I found them pretty complicated with requirements to make changes in the registry.

I have uncovered another thing that may turn out to be relevant. Our installer is putting the help support file FOXHHELPPS8.DLL and FOXHHELP8.EXE in the local C:\WINTT\System32 directory. I am going to try copying these files to the Application Directory and the server and see if this helps.

I will feedback the result to the forum if it works.
