No, they are empty in both the grids

I just did it with your suggestion but I am afraid that did not solve the problem.

I also tried the AutoFit() you suggested and it has become more, if you will pardon me, hilarious. The first 2 columns are the ones as they should be, rest columns are all a few pixels wide and the focus for the row is on the last of these tiny fields. Except for the first 2 cols. all are place holder from the RecordSource that it had previously auto applied for itself.

Please advise.
