Last year, instead of deciding to continue to maintain a section for Windows API that was not up to date, we agreed to use the one of NewsToNews instead. So, basically, I received the DBF from their site and we hyperlink related functions to that site directly now. I thought I kept the old archive public. I have been searching for the last few minutes but it seems the link has been removed. If you do require some specific content however, feel free to ask me and I'm sure I will be able to extract the one you need.
