In the Downloads section here there are two classes - one is by Cetin Basoz called Two grid classes File #9361 and another by me Container with MultiSelectGrid File #9703. I based my class on Cetin's mutliselect grid class.

Also Cetin has a better version of this class in his FoxyClasses.
