Nigel,

according to Colin Nichols, the 96dpi is hardcoded in the report listener, see Message#994489. If you can show the pictures on your screen, then you can automate SnagIt to retrieve the pictures. Check out http://west-wind.com/weblog/posts/248.aspx and thread#988551 for some tips.
