I have SQL 2000 on my PC at home, which is running WinXP Home.
I want to allow another programmer who is at a remote site to connect to the DB
from his remote site.
It would be preferable if he could administer the DB remotely, but as long as he
can access the DB to run queries, I can handle the admin part.
