Hello Sergey, I just opened two windows on my PC, one running a Dos exe (Fox 2.6), the other running the VFP IDE, I searched in the raw table (browse) and found a blank field for a certain record, I then searched using the exe app for the same record, and lo and behold it returned a value, I then went back to the raw table and !!!!!!! it also found a value, I am at a total loss as to what to do hear, if it's caching, how do I turn it off ? or force a commit, many thanks anyway
