Well I set the names of the columns to more meaningful names than the exported table. I put the .Visible at the end so that the shifting and resizing of columns and text, etc. doesn't flash (like setting .LockScreen on and off). Now I've put the visible back near the top, it looks bad as everything resizes but I don't get the same OLS dispatch error.

However, now I get different dispatch errors as I come out of the s/s. I wish I could just do some dev. instead of firefighting all day!

Are you sure that putting .visible up front is necessary? It worked fine for me on my m/c till today.
