I'm using the MS Voice Command 1.5. I had to make some changes to the windows regestry on the phone to get my bluetooth earpiece to 'wakeup' the phone when I hit the button on the earpiece. Works perfectly. The 6700's do come with some voice dial software, but you have to train it with tags. You have to be running the new ROM to have that (and the new ROM also gives you the direct-push email). If you don't have the newest ROM you can download it from utstarcom.
