I sent them an email explaining basically what I said in the previous message and asking to cancel. I also requested them to stop those faxes and forget that number, else I'll have to talk to our legal Dept. to send them a cease and desist letter.

BTW their customer service line according to an email I got before is: 800-508-2582 (haven't tried it yet).
