But please make it the yogurt that you drink. Not the sour milk that you need the spoon for.
I once had the liquid yogurt in a Turkish restaurant here. Amazing! It was almost as good as the Serbian - if only it were a tad denser. But it had the taste, it had the strength, and I could drink it.
My boss liked it too, but he didn't know the side effects of rapid yogurt consumption, so he took another one. We went to the hotel really fast.
One of my customers back home was a farm - and they'd bring the yogurt they made for themselves, thick and strong (from min 4% milk straight from the cow - no skimming, no industrial processing). Sometimes I'd drink more than half a liter before lunch. Luckily, they were on my side of town, so I always managed to get home on time :).
