Thank you for your contribution. However your method rounds to the nearest 10 either upwards or downwards depending on the power value. What I wanted was ALWAYS to round upwards to the nearest 10 and I am glad the Gurus gave me a way out.

NB: Yesterday (21st Sept) I posted another head-cracker on the Automation section about "Repeating Rows" but no one has suggested anything yet. May be you can look at it and give it a shot.
