From the Whatsnew.htm it looks like it is version 5.1.6, I see 5.1.7 was released in August, so maybe I'll try that version.
I did eventually get a response that was a bit more helpful on the newsgroup, butin th emeantime I've been trying to write some VFP code to install the service and think I've finally got it, this way I can just install my vfp exe and run it as a postinstall step and hopefully this will solve the uninstall problems I've been having.
I should know today if it works or not.
