Sorry for jumping in, but I believe this problem has nothing to do with the keyboard. I see the Ϋ often myself, and I promise you that this character is not on my keyboard! It shows in textboxes with kode in some of the events, when I press ctrl in combination with any of the function buttons F1-F12.
