I am suddenly getting the following ASP.NET error:

Access to the path "C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\Temporary ASP.NET Files\extra\6b77331a\c8f4547" is denied.

It suddenly cropped up out of nowhere yesterday and the only remedy at the time was to manually grant permission to the ASP.NET worker account ( which it should already have ).
I restarted my machine last night before leaving and after logging in today I am getting this error again.

Anyone know the cause and permanent cure?
