>INDEX ON is unsupported command for OleDb

There is a discrepancy in the help, which has a chapter on supported and another one on unsupported language. Both include the INDEX (ON) command!

As generally OLE DB just does not support commands causing user interaction and/or anything visual, INDEX ON is likely to be supported, so the chapter of supported language should be correct. As Aleksey already said EXECSCRIPT() is supported. But that is no backdoor for using any command within the executed script. Also stored procedures containing unsupported commands will fail! Markus Winhard already has experienced that the bad way, as his referential integrity code did not work via OLE DB, because of #DEFINE being usopperted for example.

Bye, Olaf.
