You'll find different conditions all over the globe. But classifying the situation in pakistan as being in the stone age is a bit blunt IMO. The do have electricity (except for now as I heard they had a major power failure) telephone, television, etc. They have airports, busses, schools, universities etc, so it hardly classifies as stone age.
We are easily drawing conclusions upon countries, looking with a western view.
