No that is not what I am saying. I am saying that TAPES all together
(having in mind modern days tehnical possibilities) are very problematic AS HARD EVIDENCE. In the same time they appeared to be very they efficient tool for stearing general public opinions, feelings, paranoya etc. and they could be very usefull for ellections as well.
