Not the same thing at all. Citizens go to prison for that - many are there now.

If President Bush is called to the carpet for lying while in the office of Presidency, well then there goes our entire history of the Presidency...

However, President Bush should go to trial for impeachment for abusing the powers of the presidency and threatening the rule of law. I find it amazing that it has not happened yet.
