You can use Word VBA to post the field information to a web site.

Sorry, I don't have any of the code I used before as it was for a previous employer.

I used webconnect and modified some vb code from Rick Strahl's vbhttp.cls (I think) VB code that he used to distribute with early versions of webconnect.
