Because Toolbars do not have a Key Prview feature. The
last thing I would want to do is try & use an
'On Key Label'. My method is to use the Forms Key Preview
so that I can keep my 'hot' keys organized and specific
to a particular form.

I know some people use event loops in previous versions
so hot keys are much
easier to handle but I do not believe in event loops
either.
