I wanted to copy (cc) all, but either you all choose not to be cc'ed or the cc feature isn't working.
Anyway, thanks to all who replied.
I was more looking for possible implementation difficulties rather than if/how it can be done.
But even that doesn't matter any more, because the decision has been made to not implement this way, neither Word nor Excel.
