To give you an idea we had a 2000MW load base station fail due to 20years lack of maintenance (not direct physical damage), it took 6 weeks to get the first (least damaged) unit back on line, it then took another 2 years to get the rest of the units back on line & operating at full capacity, including taking the first unit back off line to complete its required repairs.

These repairs take time.
