Hi Ramil,
VFP isn't a unicode application. So while you can see turkish characters in word excel you might can't see turkis characters in VFP.

My Windows XP is in turkish. So I'll guess english equivalents.

control panel->regional settings->advanced->

select turkish from there for non-unicoded applications.
